Castorama: pick up delivery

Tasks: competitor review, UI design, prototyping, usability testing and data analysis

Result: Frictionless experience with 0% task fail rate, 23% cost reduction vs existing home delivery routes.

B&Q: In-store ordering tool re-design

Tasks: discovery, mapping, refinements, ideation (inc workshops), UI design, design reviews, socialising work, prototyping, usability testing and iterative design.

Result: bespoke account creation and basket features for B&Q stores.

OVO Energy: enabling smart meter bookings for migrated customers 

Tasks: lighting talks, mapping, how might we, sketching, prototyping, and critiquing

Results: omni-channel solution that included OVO’s first WhatsApp chatbot which received a 9/9 average score from members.

MySSE native app: presenting tariff details 

Tasks: competitor analysis, sketching, wireframing and critiques.

Result: a tariff feature used by thousands daily and fewer calls to contact centres.

Indian Restaurant Website Design and Build  

Tasks: The iceberg canvas, design principles, the golden path, ideation, presenting solutions, decider voting, building then releasing the website and implementing changes based on feedback.

Result: 10% reduction in costs to run a website.

Vocational Institution Website Design and Build 

Tasks: Design sprint including tasks such as future user journeys, lightning demos, sketching and prototyping.

Result: A responsive website for aspiring students and donors.

Tech Start-up Website Design and Build 

Tasks: Interviews, domain modelling, empathy map, site mapping, wireframing and front-end development with HTML, CSS and Bootstrap 4. 

Result: The website was well perceived by Junior UXers in the UK as they gave the site a positive NPS score.
